Emma Ball lives in Nottinghamshire, ideally placed as it’s so central for her trips- only three and a bit hours and she can be on Beer beach (or Wells next the sea!!), five and she's in Glasgow!!! She loves going places she's never been to and revisiting other places- especially the British coastline.
At sixth form Emma was told by her tutor that she should drop watercolours, and that she had no colour sense!
Emma graduated from Nottingham Trent University in the 90’s with a degree in Graphic design.
Emma says, "Please don’t ask me how I paint and what techniques I use- I really couldn’t tell you as most of it happens- as most watercolourists will tell you 50% of it happens by accident!!!"
Emma's work is now sold all over the country in galleries gift shops and even with the National Trust. Her range covers everything from original watercolours to cards prints and stationary.
